I went to Universitas Padjadjaran and at the same time start running Tensai 天才, by helping my classmate in learning 日本語 or Japanese Language. Meanwhile I works weekly as an announcer of Japanese Hour at Radio OZ it was in 1332kHz AM. Then I graduated UNPAD, I went to Japan to accompany my father who was on treatment in hospital in Japanm while working as administration staff at Naigai Doboku Consultants for a while. I return home and works for Mandarin Oriental Jakarta as a Sales Executive, then moved to Kartini Travel in Bali for twelve months, then I casually work in Midas Nusantara Tours & Travel, then Sahid Jaya Hotel and Tower call me for Sales Manager post before I joined Grupo Sol Melia for established a Jakarta Sales Office. I served 3 years before casually work for Japan Life Sleeping System before moved out from Jakarta to Surabaya and joined Radisson Plaza Suite Hotel when I achieved First General Manager awards by maximizing Japanese Market and manage room inventory properly. In a mean time I also teaching Japanese Sociology at Universitas Dr Sutomo Surabaya as extra ordinary lecture and moved to Shangri-La Surabaya as Senior Sales Manager. Thirty months at Shangri-La giving me enough confident to obtain a challenge as a Director of Sales & Marketing of Holiday Inn Yogyakarta (now renamed as Quality Yogyakarta) then I took a chance moving to Hotel Grand Aquila Bandung in a similar position where I rewarded as Department Head if the Year 1999.
With this achievement I took a challenge by return back Jakarta to Sahid Jaya Hotel as Director of Sales & Marketing. I am invited by the owner of Prima Vijaya Tours & Travel Mr. Leon Tangkey to be a General Manager Marketing in his office in Bali. I was not suitable in Travel Agent at the time then I took offer as General Manager of Hotel Intan Legian where I served there for 2 years, including the experience of the unbelievable Bali Blast 2002. With the suspending of Economy, I suffer without paid for 3 month then force me to escape to Makassar Golden Hotel in 2003. In 2005 I fly myself to Mercure Royal Batam then to Batam View Beach Resort prior to joining pre opening team as Executive Assistant Manager of Clarion Makassar Hotel & Convention Center. Due to the death of my beloved mother I have to return again to Jakarta and immediately joined Golden Boutique Hotel Jakarta as Group Director of Sales & Marketing. I serve 12 month before came back to operational task as Pre Opening General Manager of Aston Ketapang City Hotel. The property start operation sucesssfully then I return to Bandung, also pre-opening Manager for Banana Inn Hotel and Spa,as my last hotel job. Destiny has change while I got a mild stroke and forced to retired as Hotelier, I start my own business in 2010 at Bakti Shalom Persada Group with many brand as Tensai Japanese Specialist, Atari! Marketing Consultant, Technical Representative of Tokyo University of Technology and toe7oeh production -an event handler. Today, I am helping my brother in law business by establishing Dachs e-Hotel Connections while waiting a materialization of my Bakti Shalom Persada Group's business.
