When I was 11th, I was dreaming to be a reverend, preacher at church, just because I want to meet my late sister Margie again who just pass away in age of 15th. When I graduated high school, my father offer alternative to my willingness to be a preacher, and ask to go to normal college then I choose Padjadjaran University and studied there from 1981. And due to many activity in student life, I graduated from university end of 1986.
After 6 month living in Japan caring my father's treatment in hospital, I returned home and start working at Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta as Japanese Sales Executive.
This was my first step entering tourism industry particularly as Hotelier. A journey takes 15 years until I step up to the first top position as a General Manager of Hotel Intan Legian in 2001. My dream as a theologists or preacher of church might be forgotten cause I enjoy working as Hotelier completely 25 years of career.
Until Saturday Morning 19 February 2011, my best friend call Sem Karinda, call me as he got an invitation from Majelis Sinode XIX GPIB and simply said "I am proud of you 01, you are choosen between many theologists to involve in Badan Pelaksana Majelis Sinode as a member of Theology Department....."

It was a surprise call from Father in Jesus Christ, that I must take the task, doing my very best for the rest of my life to HIM. I will use all my knowledge, skill and wisdom to ensure HE is happy with HIS choice. This is my promise! Afterwards, I discover that my real dream is to end my journey in Heaven and see my Eldest Sister, Father and Mother that already there. So stay faithful then. :-)
